The PyeNet Universal website has gone through many changes in the past as new technologies come along.

Currently the website is hosted on:

• The Apache http server running on Ubuntu Linux

The website is constructed of Static Webpages. The tools used to produce the website are:

• VIM and VSCode - Text Editing
• Make - building the website
• git - Source Code Management
• GitLab and CI/CD Pipelines - Distribution to Test and Production environments

In the past the site has been produced and hosted using a mixture of:

• The SilverStripe Content Management System
• Novell's openSuSE Linux
• geany - A fast and lightweight IDE
• A HTML Preprocessor - PPWizard, Website is broken
• The GIMP - Graphics manipulation tool
• And some home grown scripts and programs
